We develop software applications and publish fiction and non-fiction books in various media formats. Gatsby's Light Publications is at the forefront of the ongoing revolution in media use and delivery. We develop and publish mobile applications for devices such as iPhone, iPad, and Android, along with traditional Mac and PC platforms.

In addition, we publish books in a variety of media formats including multiple eBook platforms. Sales of Apps, eBooks, and other wirelessly delivered content is constantly on the rise. On July 20, 2010, Amazon.com announced that eBook sales surpassed sales of hard-copy books. As our nation and our world move more and more toward digital media content and instant wireless delivery, our company will be a leader in the areas of book publishing and software development.

Gatsby’s Light Publications seeks to, as Wayne Gretzky famously proclaims “Go where the puck will be” rather than where the puck is or has been. The market for mobile apps and eBooks is growing at an exponential rate. Evidence of this is clearly revealed in the uncertainty, paranoia, and near-frantic angst within traditional publishing companies today. Indeed, we see a future dominated by wireless mobile computing devices such as iPhone, Kindle, Nook, and iPad–devices that bypass the gatekeepers, bureaucracy, and nepotism of the traditional publishing industry. In short, power within the world of art, literature, and mobile computing is rapidly shifting away from “The Guys in Ties” to the artists, writers, and developers themselves. We hope to become an industry leader in the rapidly growing market of eBooks and mobile applications. In short, Gatsby’s Light hopes to "Go where the puck will be."
