We are willing to help in any way possible. In the past, we have even built custom databases for our Essay Grader customers, free of charge. If you have a more detailed problem or would like step-by-step guidance, just send us an email including your phone number, and we will contact for a phone support session. At Gatsby's Light, there is never a charge technical support, nor is the there a limit. So, please, do not hesitate to contact us and let us help you resolve any issue you may face with our products.
